For me, Carolyn's ability to manage stressful details so a bride doesn't even have to think about it was golden! No matter how impossible the situation, I have never seen her expression reflect the difficulty of the possible solution. She maintains a great professional, solution oriented attitude that gives the bride peace of mind.

Adept to problem prevention and crisis management (after all, human error will occur with so many important moving parts), Carolyn possesses the skill to finesse the situation/crisis so that the bride won't be bothered by any unpredictable hiccups—before, during and even after the event.

She has a great, experienced and tried list of vendors who she has seen in action over the span of her career.

Carolyn takes all the details to heart no matter how exciting or mundane; always keeping the bride's happiness and vision as the top priority. She can operate as the bride wishes, whether that is a creative muse or detailed event style and theme development specialist.

Two incredibly important things that particularly set Carolyn apart are:
1) Although she has her own wonderfully creative and elegant ideas, the wedding is 100% reflection of the bride and groom’s vision.
2) She is wonderfully organized, always in full disclosure with a paper trail of email and phone conversations so all details and desires are considered and revisited for final confirmations. The bride usually has so many ideas or thoughts swimming around in her head that it is hard to keep track. As long as the bride expresses these things to Carolyn it will be noted and not forgotten. This is a habit that has set Carolyn apart from other wedding/event planners.

Carrie is amazing!!! She was a savior to our wedding and the only reason it turned out as beautiful as it did. My husband and I were engaged for 1 year and 8 months and Carrie was with us every step of the way, from visiting florists to creating a day of timeline. Any vendor that was a little unpleasant to work with, she stepped in and took over without complaining to make sure that what I ultimately wanted happened. She kept detailed notes and put so much time into making sure that everything was in line. I am an overly detailed person and Carrie is my long lost twin!

Other than being super organized and really professional, she is fun, has a great sense of humor, and everyone in our wedding loved her! She went above and beyond anything I could have ever imagined from a wedding coordinator.

On our wedding day, I brought extra little pieces of material and accents that I had so that she could use them however she saw fit. She turned those extra pieces into a work of art all throughout our wedding!!! She made sure that on the day of the wedding my only job was to relax with my bridesmaids and family. In fact, while us girls were all getting ready I tried to bring in some martini glasses that needed to be assembled and she had my nephew to take them away from me, telling me that my only job was to have fun (but also giving me the option of assembling them if I needed something to distract my mind). I kindly let me nephew take them out of the room and went back to sipping mimosas with my girls.

Throughout the whole time working with Carrie, she was really good at listening to what my vision was while offering her own ideas. I would not consider Carrie a "vendor" after this experience with her, but rather a friend. If you are looking for that one person who will coordinate your event like no other can, stop looking and go with Carrie. You will NOT be disappointed.
